APlayer 2.22 Development

APlayer 2.22 is out now!! 

New Features:

  - Added the ImpulseTracker player. Thanks Robin Schaap!

  - Added the Ben Daglish player.                        

Changed:

  - Updated the THX player. It should now work on a 68000 CPU, but it can't
    be tested since we don't know anyone with such a processor :)

  - Digibooster modules are now played from fastmemory, but that 
    sacrifices the ability to play the samples in the sample-info window.

  - AHI only plays signed samples now, therefore Multitracker samples 
    are converted from unsigned to signed.

  - The S3M player has been updated to version 3.13, which includes :

    - speed effect fixed
    - tremor fx added
    - pattern delay fx added
    - pattern break fixed
    - pattern loop fixed

  - The XM player has also been updated to version 3.13, including :

    - pattern break fixed
    - pattern loop fixed
    - envelopes fixed
    - sample offset fx fixed
    - added instrnum sanity check (changed a bit)
    - speed effect fixed.

Bugfixes:

    - Digibooster modules didn't go on to the next module at a F00 command.
