WaveBeast, in its current Incarnation (we talk about 0.5x beta) has
the following features:
- two oscillators featuring various waveforms:
- sine
- triangle
- up saw
- down saw
- pulse (with pulsewidth modulation)
- square
- sharp square
- noise
- two 24dB 4pole filters (low, high or bandpass).
- four multistage envelopes for amp, pitch and both filters.
- five lfos for pulsewidth, amp, pitch and both filters.
- dsp effects: reverb, delay and fuzz (more to come).
- output via AHI. (compatible with many soundcards)
- fileoutput in various formats and frequencies:
- 8 bit RAW
- 8 bit 8SVX (not yet implemented)
- 16 bit AIFF
- sequencer with many features:
- tempo adjustable in BPM.
- up to 64 steps.
- easy transposition of the whole sequence.
- slide (303 like) and portamento settable for every step.
- adjustable slide time.
- Accent parameter for both pitch and filters.
- uses MUI. easy to configure. runs on all gfx boards.
- not written in AMOS. :)
