The story of the AmigaWorld homepage

It was Bo who put the word about AmigaWorld online, first: He created the Nordic Pages that can still be found on his WWW site. Then Mika suggested to start an official homepage for our project -- and the hectic began: I -- Wolfgang -- was so excited about the idea that things could not happen fast enough for me ;-)

But after a week of heavy email-traffic we slowed down and came to the necessary agreements what kind of things to put on the Web, where to put them and so on. Mika and Ruud offered to give home to our pages, and so there are two equal AmigaWorld sites by now.

The AmigaWorld team was very lucky as Lars joined in and offered to create the HTML code. All authors sent their ideas and discussed them, and Lars spent a lot of time to make these beautiful pages out of it!

So, the AmigaWorld home page is the result of a European team work, designed to spread the word about AW and to offer support to all users of the software, registered or not.
